Following directions is usually half the battle. I know I said that to someone recently. I'm pretty sure I was talking about getting through an undergrad program. But I find it to be true in small ways even now.
Maybe it's my head injury talking but following someone else's written instructions is difficult. I've also found that gluten free baking is super hard. At least for me. I've pretty much given it up.
