Today's good stuff: quinoa

It's a gluten free whole grain. It's sort of reminds me of cous cous but not exactly. I use it in place of rice or I eat it warm with oatmeal toppings - I miss oatmeal! Mostly, I toss salads over it and pack it for lunch.

I buy it at Fresh & Easy, you can get it in the bulk section of most health food stores. A little goes a long way.
